AGREEMENT TO USE THE SERVICES OF 7 SEAS CASINO ("AGREEMENT")

1. INTRODUCTION

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which 7 Seas Casino provides its online gaming services to users ("USER" or "USERS"). By accessing, using or registering for an account on the 7 Seas Casino platform, the USER agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• The USER acknowledges that they are fully responsible for any transactions or actions taken through their account.

7. GAME RULES AND TERMS

• All games offered by 7 Seas Casino are subject to the specific rules and terms of each game.
• The USER must familiarize themselves with the rules and terms of each game before participating in it.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

• The USER acknowledges that they are responsible for paying any fees or charges associated with using the services of 7 Seas Casino.
• All payments made to 7 Seas Casino will be processed through secure payment processing systems.

9. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

• The USER acknowledges that gaming should only be conducted for entertainment purposes and not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.
• Users are advised to set deposit limits, time-out periods and other responsible gaming tools as needed.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

• 7 Seas Casino will maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all USER data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• The USER acknowledges that they have read and understood our privacy policy and agree to be bound by it.

11. GAMBLING ANONYMITY

• Users are advised to familiarize themselves with local laws regarding anonymity, as 7 Seas Casino may not be able to verify the identity of certain users in jurisdictions where such information is required for gaming purposes.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between 7 Seas Casino and the USER regarding its online gaming services.
• The terms and conditions contained herein supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, understandings or representations, whether written or oral, between the parties.

15. AMENDMENTS AND INTERPRETATIONS

• These Terms and Conditions may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both 7 Seas Casino and the USER.
• Any ambiguity or uncertainty in these Terms and Conditions will be resolved without regard to nomenclature, punctuation or grammatical structure.

16. CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT

• 7 Seas Casino reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion.
• In the event of closure, all User's balances shall be paid out as per 7 Seas Casino's standard payout procedures.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• The USER acknowledges that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curacao International Commercial Arbitration Centre.

18. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS

• 7 Seas Casino is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements.
• The USER acknowledges that they are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

19. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

• 7 Seas Casino may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the USER.
• Upon termination, the User's account will be closed and all access to the Platform denied.

20. GENERAL PROVISIONS

• These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the parties.
• No waiver or failure of either party to exercise any right under these Terms and Conditions shall operate as a waiver of that right or any other rights.

21. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

• This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Curacao.

22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curacao International Commercial Arbitration Centre.

23. NO WAIVER OF RIGHTS

• The waiver by either party of any breach or default under this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any other breach or default.

24. GOVERNING LANGUAGE

• The English language shall be the governing language of these Terms and Conditions, and all notices, communications and decisions made or taken in connection with them shall be in English.

25. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

• These Terms and Conditions, together with the documents referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between 7 Seas Casino and the USER regarding its online gaming services.

26. AMENDMENTS AND INTERPRETATIONS

• Any amendments or interpretations of these Terms and Conditions must be in writing signed by both parties.

27. SEVERABILITY

• If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, such provision shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

28. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• By accessing, using or registering for an account on the Platform, the USER acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

29. GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao.

30. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curacao International Commercial Arbitration Centre.

31. LANGUAGE OF AGREEMENT

• The language of this Agreement is English, and any translation of it into another language will not change its meaning or effect.

32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between 7 Seas Casino and the USER regarding its online gaming services.

33. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curacao International Commercial Arbitration Centre.

34. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

• 7 Seas Casino reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the USER.
• Upon termination, the User's account will be closed and all access to the Platform denied.

35. FINAL PROVISIONS

• The parties agree that these Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of their respective successors and assigns.
• These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, understandings or representations between the parties.

• This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Curacao.

37. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

38. FINAL PROVISIONS

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between 7 Seas Casino and the USER regarding its online gaming services.
• These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, understandings or representations between the parties.

39. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• The laws of Curacao will govern all matters arising from this Agreement, including but not limited to any disputes, claims or actions arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions.

40. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curacao International Commercial Arbitration Centre.

41. GOVERNING LANGUAGE
